This design is for a 60A 2-phase Synchronous Buck Converter, incorporating the TPS40428 PMBus driverless PWM controller and the CSD95372B Smart Power Stage. The design accepts a 10V to 14V input, and provides a 1V at 60A output. The PMBus design enables programming, configuration, control, sequencing, voltage margining, Adaptive Voltage Scaling (AVS), and accurate current, voltage and temperature monitoring of high-power ASIC power supplies in Enterprise Storage/NAS/SAN, Ethernet Switches, Optical Networks, and Base Stations.

Описание:

С помощью данного проекта возможно точно измерять ток, напряжение и мощность на шине -48 В и передавать эту информацию по интерфейсу, совместимому с I²C. Проект нацелен на применение в телекоммуникациях, так как наиболее распространённое телекоммуникационное оборудование питается отрицательным напряжением. В нём использованы INA226 и ISO1541. INA226 – это токовый шунт и монитор мощности со совместимым с I²C интерфейсом. Данное устройство точно измеряет указанные величины и использует ISO1541 для преобразования отрицательного напряжения в сигналы с опорой на земле. ISO1541– это малопотребляющий двунаправленный изолятор, совместимый с I²C.

The TIDA-01405 design demonstrates an inverting power module (voltage inverter) to generate a –1.8V rail at up to 2A of current from a 3V to 15.2V input voltage. Such a negative voltage is required for many communications equipment systems as well as industrial equipment, such as test and measurement. Using the TPS82130 power module enables a very simple negative voltage inverter (inverting buck-boost) design to create a 1.8V negative output voltage at high 2A currents.
